I Wish Us All the Best

It's the time for us to separate ways. All the memories we shared will be cherished and prospered. I hope everything will be alright for us. Leaving each other would be very hard for me. All the times when we laugh together, we argue together, and the times we confide with each others are the moments I won't forget. I hope you won't forget it also.

I thank everyone for being a part of my High School life especially to my close friends. Micah for sticking with me... thank you for always answering my phone calls when we were in first year. Thank you for still being there when we had our different sections already. Thank you for all the not so funny jokes you delivered because i know you don't have that big sense of humor. Thank you for listening to my problems and stories in life. You influenced me a lot in many ways. I will always keep the things you told me.

To Mami Che... Thank you for always being there for me. Thank you for always helping me. Whenever I make fun of you, I know you got pissed off a lot of times. Thank you for the goodness and kindness you showed. I will never forget you.

To everyone who had been very dear to me, Milky, Ejae, and Patrick, thank you for the friendship we established. Thank you for the moments when we are together and we enjoyed each others company. I will really miss you guys.

To my classmates from I-O, II-O, Barangay Oxy, and Latax, I won't forget you. Even though we decreased in number, you are and will be still a part of who I am today. Thank you for the healthy criticisms and opinions.

To my dear advisers from 1st year to 4th year, Ma'am del Val, Ma'am Saburao, Ma'am Orsal, and Ma'am Lim, thank you for your encouragement and patience. Thank you for guiding me to the right path and helping us with our problems.

To the teachers who molded me and taught me as a person, thank you for everything. I would always respect you. I would not forget you. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

This coming graduation would be very memorable since I think it is the last time we would be complete. I hope to see you again.

Plurk.com

I am one of those who were infected by the plurk virus (being addicted to plurk). Plurk is somewhat similar to other online networking service where you can see your friends posts just like when you are in a conference.

I found new friends at Plurk. Tenten, Paulo, Chala, Kua Shin, Kua Mark, Kua Renie, Kua Labadlabad, Ate Maxene, and Paulyne

I forgot already how I manage to create an account in Plurk. I got addicted to it that I always try to open it atleast once a day to increase my karma and reach Nirvana.

I like Plurk a lot much more than Friendster. I always see to it to post at Plurk everyday and chat with my friends there. Plurk had always been my priority once I open Mozilla. I always visit Plurk. Whatever I do with the Internet, I make sure that I check on my account and reply to posts. I sometimes do not turn off my computer at night just to let my Plurk account open. It is the most visited site for me.

Hulog ng Langit

Me and my older sister are watching A Very Special Love, a film of Sarah and Johnlyod then suddenly someone from the outside called out for some reason. I went outside and saw a big truck. My heart beat fast when what I saw sinked in on my thoughts.

The man was looking for my Ninang, but my Ninang was out to watch a concert of Mr. Andrew Jabagat, the blind pianist I featured in my past blog. I called my Aunt and told her that someone is looking for my Ninang.

After a while I was ready to help the man bring in the mystery box(balik-bayan box) inside our house. I was really excited because I did not receive any item last time they send a box and now I know that I got new shoes. We did not open it yet because we are still waiting for my Ninang. I continued my blogging.

Around 9:30 p.m, they called me over to open the box. The first thing I searched was my shoes. I only found a shoe but I was not expecting that it was my shoes because there was no name indicated. After some digging and stuff, my sister found the other half and saw a tag having my name. I got so excited that I found my shoes so I went on one side and tried it on.

I was able to see a new printer, I thought it was mine but the box had an initials in it saying EAH, Darleen's Mom. I also found a new laptop heat fan but Darleen's name is on it.

I recieved a lot of T - shirts and with a lot i mean A LOT. I immediately took pictures on everything I have and save it on my computer.I plurked my items and I got lots of good feedbacks.

Am I a certified socialite?

I was so happy with everything I received. It seemed that I bought a new wardrobe for that day.

Fast Pace Week

Who wouldn't move as quick as possibly they can if that move will turn their High School sacrifices and hardships into triumph?

Last week was a total crazy week. Who wouldn't cram in studying for the semi finals and the congress?

The week started nice with 2 semi finals on Monday. We thought we wouldn't take any exams that day because there are no test papers coming in. We were having a doubt that we won't have half day because it won't be an examination day. Before we take our recess, Maam Jennylou arrived and gave our test in Ekonomiks to our adviser. AWWWWW. After that Sir Ces arrived and we had our exam in Math and it was so hard, hard in the sense that i don't know what to answer.

Next day was the second day of our exams. We had PE and Health as our first test. I forgot what comes next Physics, Filipino, or Chemistry but I am very sure that Chemistry was so damn hard. Last exam was Music.

Wednesday did not turn out good for me. We are still not yet done with the requirements for congress that day and I wasn't very particular on having congress that week. I am not yet prepared especially with the content of our research.

Thursday had been the same as Wednesday but my groupmates thought of having the congress on Friday so we crammed and tried to finish our paper even we still lack results for our experimentation. Oh well, I can't disagree, they are 2 and I'm only one.

Friday, I am hoping for the worst that we won't be able to defend our research. Well, that happened. I was glad, at least we can finish the lacking parts of our research. Eventhough we had been recommended by our adviser to defend, luckily for me, our names were not picked that day and the panelist ended the defense early.

I was relieved by the fact that we are sure to have the congress next week and we won't ask for a letter from our dear principal to have a reschedule for it. Thanks God.

I went home together with my friends and we celebrated that day at 7 11 but Big Bites Combo. I bought coffee to satisty and treat myself from my craving for it. I went to the church late and we had our choir practice.

Think Positive...Walang Aayaw

This day was very tiring but I had so much fun.

It's my birthday but I'm celebrating it at the Fun Run held at Maragondon Town Plaza. It is a joint project of Mr. Mon Andaman and the SAD Free Org where I am a member. SAD Free stands for Smoking, Alcohol, and Drugs Free.

The said event seeks to promote good health among citizens of Maragondon. Many schools over Maragondon participated in the 8k Run from the town plaza going through the small bridge at Mabacao passing the much bigger bridge, then back to the town plaza.

We started first but we were the last one to finish. We had a lot of stops for we always take pictures of ourselves, together with the RAM, Riders Association of Maragondon, if I'm not mistaken. We had great shots from the long bridge in Mabacao with the picture of PGMA, the Kataasan Homes in Maragondon, and also Bonifacio's Trial Court, all together with RAM. They often ask us to take pictures with them.

With that good friendship we build, they had been our convoy. We asked them to wait for us and act as guards for us while running and finishing the lap. They waited for us at PUP Maragondon and went with us in the finish line while we are shouting "Think Positive, Walang Aayaw". We reached the finish line dead last. There bibingka and juice waited for us.

Mayor Monte Andaman was announcing the winners when the last batch came. We thought we were the last one to finish but we were mistaken.

They distributed shirts for finishing the run and for the winners. We went home after the closing ceremony.

I hated it when we arrived, there was no electricity, good thing I charged my computer and I quickly uploaded the photos. Too bad there is no electricity, it was so tiring and so hot.

Three Long Days of Birthday Celebration

Yay, I went home late last Friday and found my cousin there. My aunts cooked my handa for my birthday so she can eat good food. We had fried chicken and pancit. That is the start of my weekend birthday special.wahahaha.

Saturday was nice for many are greeting me already even though it is not yet my birthday. We had porridge for supper.

Finally, may day came. I had the fun run that day and I received my gifts. I received clothes that I think I'll wear for JS. So now I don't have problems regarding what to wear.

I did not expect for anymore that Monday because the weekend seemed very well to me already. I got home and when I checked on the fridge, I saw a cake. The cake was supposed to be made yesterday, since there was no current, it was not baked.

Let me have this page to greet everyone who had,are,will be celebrating their birthdays this month of February;
Aira, Kathleen, Ma'am Mae, Sir Ces, Alrich, Chala, may you have a peaceful and joyful year ahead of you. May this year bear more blessings to all of you.

I thank also everyone who greeted me you are too many to mention but atleast let me thank some;
Micah for calling many time just to greet me, Hana, Mami Che, and to my classmates.

Biotech...

What the...

We are complaining to what is our Major Subject. Ekonomiks had been very tiring for us. We always have homeworks and projects. We need to lecture chapters and chapters of book. But I understand it, it will be a preparation for the next chapter of schooling.

Biotech, let me tell you what do we do nowadays. This last few weeks, we are hands on with bacteria. We prepare agar to where the bacteria will grow. We streak bacteria from test tube to petri dish and vice versa. Our class is so awesome in the sense that we are exposed to this kind of learning.

Everyone, I think, enjoys what they are doing. The swabbing of bacteria from test tube to petri had been our semi finals already and we are about to have our finals with testing the inhibition of bacteria in a sample like antibacterial soap, mouthwash, hand sanitizer, and plant extracts.

Every now and then we check our agar plates to see if bacteria contaminated our work and if they did, we are doomed and are to repeat. Sometimes, our agar don't solidify so we need to repeat. That is how hard to prepare the agar.

Sometimes Ma'am Malones and Ma'am Ruby ask us if we still have other classes because they often see us at the Bio Lab doing the bacterial stuffs. We just answer them with a smile and tell them that Biotech had been our priority because it is a Major Subject for us. We spend breaks and lunches at the Bio Lab just to check for our materials because we often loose items, someone usually get it without permission...and i hate it.

I want to end this with our first ever grown bacteria /fungi :)

Junior Senior Prom....and I'm not Joining

You read it,I won't be able to join JS. huhuhuhuhuh. I really like to join but because of the conflicts of the date with my beliefs, I can't join the prom.

Many are asking me to join. They said that I promised them that I'm gonna go dance with them. Some say that I should go because I need to dance with them.:)

They even asked me to just go before the clock strikes to midnight so I join the JS but that is very impossible.

My mind was set not to join anymore because the event would be Friday night and that is Saturday for us already. The sun had set that time so we are not to go and party anymore. I really am sad because I cannot join JS.

Campus Idol

Our club, Liriko, launched the first ever Campus Idol at our school. Weeks before the semi-finals and the finals was the audition. I was one in our section who was forced to join but in the end, I was the only one who joined and it sucked. I did not intend to go through the next rounds. I just sing as if I was asked to sing, no much preparations were done. I singed 1234 by the Plain white T's and the judges did not totally liked it. They said I did not feel the song, it was very soft that they can barely hear it, etc. I agreed with them. I did not pass in the audition but it's just okay for me.

We had the semi-finals and the finals in the afternoon of the Family Day. Talents in singing were shown. A lot of cheers from the crowds were thrown just to raise the heat of the event. I liked the results of the campus Idol. It was great. I think it was successful.

Tenten won the title, "First Campus Idol". She is really good in singing. All the finalists were good also but Tenten reigned from the voting and the judges decision.
